Efficiently replaces traditional flat-deck polyurethane and rubber panels. Maroon polyurethane frames have Flex-Mat ® 3 panels sealed within, where wires of Flex-Mat’s non-woven OptimumWire® or stainless steel are held in place with Major Wire’s distinctive lime-green polyurethane strips.
Independently vibrating, self-cleaning wires deliver a spec product, while virtually eliminating build-up,
blinding or pegging.
Excellent abrasion resistance for long wear life.
Available for most attachment systems and easy to install on common
flat-surface screen decks.
Frames available in 30 mm or 40 mm thickness, depending on wire diameter.
Available in 1' x 1' pin-type configurations. Additional dimensions available for other attachment types.
